Signed copies and language support
Published digital forms include a language selector. Untranslated content is marked and remains in English. Translations are reading aids; the approved English document governs and PDF fields retain canonical English labels.
Your completed response is recorded privately. Signed PDFs are available to authorised NGB staff through the response ledger; they are never exposed through these public downloads. To request a copy of your own completed record, contact admin@nextgenbeatbox.com.
